Hi there,
I help athletes cultivate their personal bests through nutrition. I love working with recreational to professional athletes and thrive anytime I can assist others in excelling in their sport and health through optimal fueling.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) accredited through The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and I have a Master's of Science (MS) degree in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University. I have been working with recreational to professional-level athletes since 2015 in my sports nutrition private practice. In addition to my private practice I have worked with over 25 teams and been on staff as the team nutritionist for professional sports teams such as ButcherBox Pro Cycling. I have also worked with esteemed individual athletes such as Flying Pig Marathon Winner Amy Robillard, professional cyclist Julie Kuliecza, MMA fighter Jordan Zawahri, and podium age group IRONMAN world championship finisher Liz Miller. In addition to nutrition, I coach cyclists with Source Endurance LLC and am a recently retired professional cyclist (6 years, retired end of 2021). After retiring from professional cycling I have thoroughly enjoyed spending my time running, playing volleyball in a rec league, hiking, and riding on occasion for fun.

“Runners might eat heaping bowls of pasta the night before a race, but whether or not they're successful the next morning depends on much more than that final bite of spaghetti.
Just like weeks of strategic workouts set you up for race-day success, so too will weeks of thoughtful snacks and meals made up of the right balance of macros and eaten at the optimal times.
Use this nutrition plan as part of our Best 5K Ever Challenge — or alongside your own 5K training — to feel your best throughout the month.”

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
