Kelsey Beckman is an amazing sports nutritionist. She is an athlete (and a good one at that) which is super important in sports nutrition. I would not want someone who does not exercise regularly to tell me how to fuel my body. Kelsey is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her recommendations whole heartedly. Helpful guidance through every stage of life
I’ve worked with Kelsey a few time with various goals in mind and she’s always been able to help to achieve my goals. The first time, I was juggling owning a business and teaching Barre classes. I was active all the time, but felt like I didn’t have the energy I needed to get through the day. I also was frustrated that I was working out all the time but wasn’t “toning up” like I thought I should have been. Kelsey helped me realize that when I was eating mattered and got me on a schedule and meal plan that worked for my busy life. I toned up and looked and performed the best I ever had. Immediately after I got pregnant with my first child. Kelsey helped me adjust my diet at every stage to support an active and fit pregnancy. I really miss eating four waffles at time, tbh. Now, she’s helped me in my crazy busy postpartum life to fuel myself for all that I do, but in a way that’s attainable to a busy business-owning, active mom. 12/10 recommend.Sep 29 2020

No bonk expert
2 Marathons and 2 bonks until I met Kelsey. It's difficult putting in the effort to train for a marathon and attempting a BQ for U35. It's even more frustrating pacing well below and feeling like you are walking on air until mile 20 then completely breaking down. Multiply that by TWO! Kelsey helped me identify my dietary short comings, tune into my body to better understand my cravings/urges, and pin point what I was missing in my racing nutrition and why I continually had marathon bonks! Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
