Cannot recommend highly enough as new mom & athlete
I went to Atlas PT - specifically, to Michelle Feldhaus in the Mandarin location - while pregnant with m son and then again postpartum. Michelle helped me achieve my goal of running up til the day I delivered, by helping me strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and relieve tension & pain I experienced during the pregnancy. I thought I'd have to stop running halfway through, but was able to both run and enjoy it, thanks to her. She is fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. After I had my son I went back to Michelle to help with recovery so that I could return to running safely. Michelle again helped me strengthen my core and pelvic floor, and the exercises she gave me quickly increased my strength and got me out on the roads much sooner than I otherwise would have. If I ever had any concerns, she was always available to answer a quick question. Again, cannot recommend her highly enough throughout the pregnancy and postpartum experience as a serious athlete looking to both have a healthy body and train smart.Sep 20 2020

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike.
