Coach Ann has been in the fitness industry since 2013. In 2015, she started studying nutrition and earned her Diploma in Nutrition as well as her Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification. She works with people individually over email, text, and the phone to help them achieve their ideal body composition and best health.
In addition to being a Nutritionist, Coach Ann is an RRCA and USATF Certified Running Coach, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, as well as an TRX Qualified Suspension & RIP Trainer. Her current marathon PR is 2:57 and half marathon PR is 1:24. She holds several records in different distances for trail running.

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more.
