John Sauer PT, DPT, OCS is certified as a Running Technique Specialist through the Pose Method and is also a MobilityWOD Specialist, which is more focused around the treatment of powerlifting and CrossFit athletes. In addition to his focus on the endurance and CrossFit athlete populations, John has special interest in the treatment of golfers and soccer players. When not in the clinic, you can find him following CrossFit-style programming or training for running/multi sport events.
Consists of two visits - 1 hour biomechanical evaluation and taping session, with follow up session to go over results and discuss training/modification strategies
Utilize BStrong BFR cuffs for lower body strength and endurance training
