Cheetah is owned and operated by Louisville locals Nick & Sarah Morrison. We specialize in coaching for triathletes and runners at all distances - sprint to Ironman to Xterra triathlons as well as 5k to ultra-marathon running. We offer a variety of training plans and coaching packages and are happy to work with athletes of all ability levels. Whether you're doing your first sprint, trying to qualify for Kona/Boston, or are enjoying a new hobby, Cheetah's coaching and training plans can help you achieve your goals. We provide a personalized training program, guidance, education, and support throughout your training. We'll also help you supplement your training with stretching and strength training exercises specifically for endurance athletes to make sure you stay healthy.
COACH NICK
Founder of Cheetah Running & Triathlon Coaching, Nick Morrison, is a certified running coach (RRCA), certified triathlon coach (USA Triathlon), certified triathlon swimming coach (SlowTwitch), and certified personal trainer. Nick has coached multiple athletes through their first Ironman finishes, their first marathon finishes, PRs at every distance - triathlon and running, and even qualifying for major events like the Boston Marathon and USAT AG National Championships. As an athlete, Nick has run the Boston marathon multiple times, finished multiple Ironman distance races and Xterra Off-Road triathlons, competed at the USAT AG National Championships, has over 20 marathon finishes, and has been an official pace group leader in multiple marathons. In college, Nick was on the University of Wisconsin Men's Crew team and the UW Water Ski Team. Outside of coaching, Nick also does healthcare IT consulting for Nordic Consulting.
COACH SARAH
Sarah is a certified triathlon coach (USA Triathlon) and certified triathlon swimming coach (SlowTwitch). Sarah is a nine-time Boston Marathon qualifier, USA Triathlon All-American (2019) and AG Nationals qualifier, and has multiple podium finishes in sprint, Olympic, Xterra & Half-Ironman distances. She has coached new athletes through their first races and seasoned athletes to PRs in every distance from 5k to marathon. She has a passion for coaching others to achieve and surpass their fitness goals by integrating personalized training into busy lifestyles. In addition to coaching, Sarah is also a certified yoga and fitness instructor as well as a music, physical education, and mind and body teacher at Summit Middle School in South Boulder.

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
