Have you ever tried something new and loved it SO much you wanted everyone around you to experience it, too? That’s our story in one run-on sentence. We’ve always been into fitness (but short on time), taken steps to maintain our health (and tried to avoid the doctor’s office) and strived for overall mind and body wellness (while wishing the latest and greatest was all in one beautiful space). So after experiencing Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Compression Therapy and Celluma Light Therapy for ourselves – we were ALL IN. The results are real. As in really real. As in, “thank you that I finally found what works!” real. The only catch was we had to go here, there and everywhere to experience it all and most of those locations had an air of ‘gym locker room’ to them that wasn’t so appealing. So, we changed that and began taking steps to open ºdegree Wellness.
Degree Wellness is a wellness lounge that offers multiple innovative treatments and technologies all under one roof. Our clients leave looking good and feeling great! Our unique services allow our members to take advantage of different treatments every time they visit.

Since I made Degree Wellness a part of my life my overall wellness (specifically stress level) has improved greatly. My favorite services are the whole body cryotherapy and the infrared sauna. Wow! What an experience- the whole body cryo is electric so you don't need to worry about getting blistered with nitrogen sprays AND they have 3 infrared saunas so there is usually one available! Great staff, gorgeous decor- I cant wait to get back in there!Sep 30 2020

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
