Tungsten™ Mobile PT helps active adults with low back, neck, & knee pain return to their fitness & lifestyles via natural, therapeutic means.
The Problem
Pain and inability to do what you want for fitness, lifestyle and recreational activities is frustrating. Not being able to do what you're passionate about, has direct negative impacts not just on your physical health, but also potentially your mental, emotional, and social well-being. When we go see a primary care provider, we are usually told to R.I.C.E and likely provided prescribed medications. But, those never solve the root cause of the problem, and medications always have side effects. We wait it out, get tired of taking pain medications, muscle relaxers, using rubbing creams, taking hot showers, and missing out on life experiences. Our patients want long-term results and they want it naturally, holistically, and they want the best, so they can be their best.
The Solution
At Tungsten℠ PT, you will always work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We promise to provide you with a professional, trusting, and value packed experience to suit your needs and goals. We take a hands on 1-on-1 approach. We believe in natural holistic therapeutic treatment approaches such as dry needling, exercise, healthy eating habits, proper sleep, recovery, and hands on manual therapy. We will work together to build a plan of care you feel comfortable with and that you have an active role in, to get you back to doing what you love and value most.

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
