Training Methodology
My coaching practice is designed for every type of runner. Both seasoned runners and “everyday” runners benefit from having an expert support them through their workouts because no matter the goal, the focus is on you as an individual. We create a training plan that is sustainable, as well as challenging, so you continue to elevate your performance. My method ensures your running practice is effective, high-quality and supportive of the life you want to live and the races you want to win!

Hi, I’m Coach Caroline! I’m a certified distance running coach, with 13 years of experience. My family, friends, and clients call me “CoachHappy” because running is much more than a sport to me -- it’s a lifestyle. My joy comes from inspiring people to love every step of their running practice so they may be intrinsically motivated to reach their fullest potential as an athlete. Whether you want to run/walk one full mile or compete for an Ultra Marathon title, I would be honored to get you there.

Coach Caroline’s Qualifications
Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
