We are a experienced Company with a practical approach to Long Term Development and have a history of working closely with Physical Therapists, and or Sports Medicine Staff on the development of Training Cycles to improve Performance.
Our Ground Up approach to training athletes of all ages, is a systematic approach to how athletes movements and gaits effects their performance on the court, field or track.
We work with large scale organizations and educational institutions, such as High School and Colleges.
Our Activ Therapy is a blend between Corrective Exercise and Stretch Therapy with a Three Step approach to helping you feel better and more prepared for your event, recovery from injury or to improve your ROM. Each Activ Therapy Appointment is :45 with Monthly rates beginning at $150 and up.
Sports Performance Redefined with our Comprehensive Evaluation, Nutrition Coaching and Recovery built in each session. Each S-PT Session is :60 and is individualized based on evaluation. Monthly Training Cycles are customized to help meet your goals.

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
