We build science-based training plans that are uniquely tailored to you based on your schedule, goals, training history and experience to improve speed, strength and endurance all with the goal of helping you achieve healthy goals over time.
COACHING IS $150 PER MONTH
-Individualized, science-based training plan that is tailored to you based on your schedule, goals, age, training history and experience.
-Unlimited revisions to the plan! Life happens!
-Daily feedback and unlimited communication with your coach through your shared training log to help keep you accountable and working toward your long-term goals. (minimum 6 points of contact per week with unlimited email access)
-Season planning and feedback on the goal setting process!
-Long run and race day nutrition guidance.
-Weekly Microcosm Community Zoom calls with your coaches and teammates! Athletes can ask questions and get feedback from coaches and the community while coaches share expert advice.
-Access to the Microcosm Community Private Facebook group of over 200 of your teammates share their latest adventures and unconditionally support each other in the daily training process!
-MicroCAST & Community Youtube Archives with over 50 training talks!
-Monthly newsletters including the latest news from the Microcosm Community, training tips and more!
-Strava Club with over 200 community members!
-Blog posts written by your coaches that include the latest training tips and information to help make your training more effective!

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
