Throughout every training plan we track quanitifiable variables to ensure measured progress.
In addition to our youth athletes, we offer training sessions for adults, including personal training and small group training. Our training plans are created to motivate, challenge, and allow you to achieve your fitness or healthy lifestyle goals. We currently have 3 full-time coaches who are each trained to optimize the journey of athletes through both in-person and online training.
Ed O'Connor is the owner and manager and has been involved with youth sports performance and adult training in Fort Collins, Denver, and South Metro areas.With extensive experience in youth athletic development, and adult personal training, Ed takes innovative and functional principles to help individuals reach their athletic, health, and overall wellness potential. With a primary focus being on cultivating adaptations to the demands of sport, exercise, and life.
Kyle Edgar is recent graduate from the University of North Carolina with a Masters in Exercise Physiology. He previously earned a degree from Slippery Rock University where he was a member of the track and field team. Kyle recently moved to Colorado from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He has experience working with track and field, soccer and baseball athletes as well as individuals with spinal cord injuries. Kyle is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Spencer Dailey has been involved with sports performance and adult fitness in the Flat Irons and Denver metro area since 2016. After getting his undergraduate degree with Montana State University and CU Denver, Spencer learned from some of the top coaches in the U.S. such as Mike Boyle, Dan John, Brian Powers, and Loren Landow, and began a career developing a number of youth athletes, JUCO prospects, as well as Division 1, 2, & 3 level athletes from schools such as CU Boulder, West Point, Air Force Academy and University of Nebraska - Lincoln. With a proven track record and extensive education in elite sports performance, Spencer has the talent and passion to provide the highest level of performance training to athletes in the Denver Metro Area and beyond with the goal of developing each and every athlete to take their game to the highest level possible, as well as develop the athlete’s character, discipline and work ethic that allows them to thrive outside of their athletic career.

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
