I grew up chasing after my three older brothers, so I grew fond of playing sports. I began ballet, tap, and jazz at the age of 3. I also played basketball, soccer, baseball, and ice hockey. All this gave me a solid understanding of what athletes go through both on and off the field, all which helps me treat clients. There's nothing an athlete hates more than being told they can't play. My goal is to get you back on the court and keep you there.
What I like most about my job as a sports massage therapist is that I get to help people. I know what it’s like to be in considerable pain when even the most basic movement feels like a Cirque du Soleil contortion. I know what it’s like to be scared that your body is never going to feel ‘normal’ or you won’t be pain-free again. And, I know what it’s like to get a massage and feel like the person didn’t listen to a word you said or didn’t have a clue how to help. It’s not fun: it’s depressing and scary. It’s my pleasure to make sure that never happens to you!
I received my massage certification at Josef's School of Hair Design: Massage Program in July 2009. I have received numerous continuing education units over the years to expand my knowledge in the field and stay on top of my game, including certification in KinesioTaping and training in Active Isolated Stretching. In 2014, I decided it was time to open my own massage business and began working with the Colorado Mammoth. In the 2017 season, I was rewarded with becoming their full-time massage therapist and resigned from the team after the 2022 championship season to begin working with the Colorado Ballet.

Training Block was created with a mission to support and empower runners, in order to elevate our sport. We do so by giving runners access to a network of local sport performance providers, who provide runners with the care they need from coaching, physical therapy, massage, strength training, and more. We also give providers an easy way to connect with each other and share articles, videos, and other resources that benefit runners and providers alike. For every service booked through Training Block, we donate 10% of our revenues to Training Block’s Elite Athlete Fund, which sponsors elite runners who do not have professional contracts and need financial support for racing at their highest level.
