How Should You Warm Up for a Run?

Here are some of my favorite dynamic movements before heading out the door

As runners, we all know that we should warm up before we head out the door on a run, but many of us are unsure what to do. I've compiled this playlist of some of my favorite dynamic movements for you to choose from for your warm up. I usually try to do 3-5 exercises for 5-10 minutes total before my runs. Keep it simple!
