Welcome to our monthly group trail run!

We will run or run/walk for ~ 3-5 miles or so. 

Afterwards we will head over to PR Labs in Boulder for coffee, donuts, and hanging out! We'll aim to arrive to PR Labs around 9 AM.

This trailhead has a bathroom! There is no shade, so come prepared with sunscreen and hydration as needed!

All women, trans and nonbinary runners (or aspiring runners) are welcome to come.

There will be a run/walk option, and all paces and levels of experience are encouraged to come.

If you've wanted to try trail running or get into it and value connection/community over pace, this is the perfect group run for you.
