Welcome to our monthly group trail run!

We will run or run/walk for ~ 3-5 miles or so.

We'll start at the Rooney Road Trailhead parking lot (there is a bathroom!) and then run at William Hayden Green Mountain Park.

Since this is May in Colorado, there is a chance these trails will be closed due to mud. Please bring a pair of shoes to run on pavement as well just in case! If the trails are closed, we'll either run on the bike path or on Dino Ridge Rd (it's one of my favorite hills!).

All women, trans and nonbinary runners (or aspiring runners) are welcome to come.

There will be a run/walk option, and all paces and levels of experience are encouraged to come. This trail is single and doubletrack and is a great trail system if you're newer to trail running.

If you've wanted to try trail running or get into it and value connection/community over pace, this is the perfect group run for you.
