WEDNESDAY mornings at 7am.
We usually run 3-5 miles, generally at a 9:30-10:30 min mile pace.
Meet up location will primarily be in the Uptown/RiNo/Whittier/City Park area, but we have also run at Wash Park, Sloan Lake, etc. So if you want to move locations for a week, let me know.
